The City of Nowata's water supply system has experienced a primary water pump failure. Citizens may experience reduced pressure as a result of the water pump failure.
The back up pumps are in use and the city expects systems to begin to normalize quickly. The repair to the primary water pump will be completed tomorrow, Monday, August 3rd.
Updates on tomorrow's scheduled primary water pump repair will be posted on social media, the city's website, and the free MyNowata Community Alert System.
