The City of Nowata is proud to recognize Rayko Goodreau, our Animal Control Officer, as our July Employee of the Month!
Rayko works diligently every day to improve our animal shelter and, most importantly, to make a difference in the lives of the animals entrusted to her care. She puts in countless hours working to find loving homes for animals, improve their living environment, and give them the best opportunity possible for a second chance.
Her compassion, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond are a wonderful reflection of the kind of service we want to see throughout the City of Nowata.
