NOWATA, OKLAHOMA
As pool season arrives across Ironmen Country, the City of Nowata would like to remind it utility customers that it does offer the ability for customers to receive a one-time annual pool adjustment credit.
Utility customers must complete the official Pool Adjustment Request Form to apply for the potential credit to their utility account. Any incomplete forms will not be considered for the adjustment.
Here are the key details and rules about the City of Nowata's pool adjustment program:
- Pool permit may be required
- Adjustment is available no more than once annually
- Adjustment is available only for wastewater (sewer) portion of bill
- Request Form must be complete and received within 30 business days of the pool fill
- All customers requesting a billing adjustment in accordance with these guidelines are required to pay their bill in full or make payment arrangements while this form is being processed
- If approved, please allow two (2) Full billing cycles for a credit to be issued.
