NOWATA, OKLAHOMA
It's officially business license and occupational tax certificate renewal season for organizations operating in the City of Nowata.
Business licenses and occupational tax certificates are issued for July 1st - June 30th.
All completed forms, supporting documents, and required payments must be submitted to City Hall by Wednesday, July 1st, 2026.
You can view the licensing requirements for your organization within the City's online business document center.
Businesses selling or distributing beer, wine, alcohol, etc., must come to City Hall with a copy of their ABLE certificate to pick up their occupational tax certificate. The cost for occupation tax certificates is $50.00.
