There are no guarantees that the City of Nowata will be able to offer a partial payment or post-due date (i.e. later) payment arrangement. However, it's much appreciated that the utility customer contact City Hall, (918) 273-3538, to discuss payment options prior to non-payment. A non-payment can lead to late charges and ultimately, disconnection of service from the customer's property-business or residential.
Please do everything in your power to let us know directly of any trouble to make payment. As your payment is vital to our city's operations and ability to offer utilities to our entire business community and citizenry.
