Commercial Building Permit Fees (Final Inspection Fees Not Included): 

• New Construction – 25 cents per sq. ft., minimum $130 fee
• Remodel – 20 cents per sq. ft., minimum $130 fee
• Upfront Plan Review – Review fee of $250 applied to the total cost of the building permit
• Accessory Building – 4 cents per sq. ft. with minimum $20 fee

Residential Building Permit Fees (Final Inspection Fees Not Included):

• New Construction – 8 cents per sq. ft., minimum $100 fee
• Remodel – $50.00 flat fee
